Anger Management Explained

Although many people are able to express their anger in non-threatening ways, some find it difficult to keep their emotions in check. Among other things, anger can often result in alienation and have damaging effects on personal relationships.

Anger management therapy is designed to help people deal with their frustrations by confronting the causes. While anger management courses can not eliminate anger from people’s lives they can provide individuals with the tools to help them control their problem.
